What’s inside

Which one first?

Porcini Risotto

Porcini gets straight to the point here: creamy rice, clear mushroom flavor, and that unmistakable earthy savoriness.

Pumpkin Risotto

This risotto has a sweet streak, with pumpkin that becomes more noticeable as you eat and savory onion keeping it company.

Saffron Risotto

Saffron gives you exactly what you came for, with rich, rounded flavor that stays put all the way through.

Porcini Polenta

If you like your mushrooms earthy and full-flavored, this substantial polenta has porcini pieces running right through it.

Polenta with Cheeses

Think melted aged cheese folded into polenta, with a full, savory flavor that’s anything but mild.

Polenta Taragna

Buckwheat gives this polenta its nutty side, with toasted-grain flavor and just enough texture to keep things interesting.

Let’s Make Risotto

What you need

For 1 pouch · 2–3 servings

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 700 ml (3 cups) water + vegetable stock concentrate
  • salt and a knob of butter
  • a splash white wine (optional)
  1. TOAST

Toast the mix in 1 Tbsp oil for 1 minute. Add a splash of white wine if desired.

  2. COOK

Add 700 ml of water and vegetable stock concentrate. Simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. FINISH

Once the liquid is absorbed, remove from heat. Add salt to taste and a knob of butter. Stir until creamy.

  4. EAT!

Spoon onto plates, add cheese to taste. Your risotto is ready!

Let’s Make Polenta

What you need

For 1 pouch · 2–4 servings

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  1. BOIL

Bring 1.1 L of water to a boil, adding salt to taste and 1 Tbsp of oil.

  2. POUR

Reduce heat to low. Slowly add the entire mix, whisking continuously.

  • FAQs

  • Can I choose or swap the flavors in this box?

This box comes with a fixed selection of flavors. Want to do the choosing? Head to Build Your Own Box and mix and match your favorites.

  • How should I store it before and after opening?

Keep unopened dry mixes in a cool, dry cupboard, away from heat and moisture. Each package has its own printed best-before date.

Once opened, reseal the package tightly or transfer the mix to an airtight container. Keep it cool and dry, and use it by the best-before date.

Once cooked, refrigerate any leftovers promptly in a covered container and use them within one to two days.

  • Can I prepare just one portion at a time?

Yes! Each risotto pouch serves 2–3 and each polenta pouch serves 2–4. For one portion, use half a pouch: stir the dry mix well before dividing it to help distribute the ingredients evenly, then use half the quantities of liquid and oil listed in the instructions. Follow the usual cooking method and timing, and reseal the remaining mix for another day.

  • Where can I check the nutritional facts?

Go to the “What’s inside” section on this page. Choose a flavor and open “Ingredients & nutrition” to read its label, including ingredients, allergens and nutritional information. You can also follow the link to the individual product page to learn more. Check each flavor—the recipes differ.
