Cancellation policy

When you select a subscription purchase, you authorise recurring orders and charges for the selected products. The frequency, price, any discount and shipping charges for each delivery are disclosed before purchase and in your confirmation.

View and manage your subscription in the Subscriptions section of your customer account, or use the link in your subscription communications.

Open your subscription using the link above and check the date of your next order. To stop renewals, choose the cancellation option and complete the confirmation before the next order is generated. Then check that your subscription is shown as cancelled. If you cannot find the date or complete the cancellation, contact us before renewal.

You can pause, resume or cancel subscriptions and skip future deliveries through the available account controls. Cancellation stops new future orders and charges; to avoid the next renewal, cancel before the corresponding order is generated. We charge no cancellation penalty.

Cancellation does not automatically reverse an order already generated or a charge already made. You can separately exercise withdrawal or other applicable rights for that order as explained on our Returns and refunds page. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
