Where we ship
We deliver to Italy, Austria and Germany. The options available for your address are shown at checkout before payment.
Rates and free shipping
- Italy: standard shipping €6.90; free on orders of €60 or more.
- Austria and Germany: standard shipping €11.90; free on orders of €89 or more.
The threshold applies to the eligible order amount calculated at checkout. Check the final amount after any discounts: delivery charges and the total are always shown before you confirm your purchase. Any different promotional conditions are explained with the offer.
Preparation and delivery times
We normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We begin processing orders received on days when we are closed on the next business day.
After dispatch, estimated standard transit time is 2–4 business days for Italy and 3–5 business days for Austria and Germany. Estimated dates shown at checkout take the address and available delivery method into account. Any delivery period agreed when you order remains valid.
Track your order
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also view your orders in your customer account.
Local pickup
If available for your order, you can select pickup at checkout. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready and follow the instructions you receive before coming to collect it.
Delays or delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, missing or has a problem, email ciao@ermesfunghi.com. We’ll help investigate the shipment and find a solution. Your rights concerning non-delivery, damage or non-conforming goods remain valid even when the issue involves the courier.
